Print Services

A high quality print is vital to any printed product, whether it is short or long term which is why we offer an in-house printing service using the latest printers, if the project requires an indoor or outdoor application we can produce it. We constantly accommodate all types of print work and we pride ourselves on handling each job we do with the same high standards, no matter how large or small it may be.

We continually keep all of our printers in a clean environment, working in top form and running on original inks to ensure consistency and the best achievable print quality.

Through the use of PDF proofing and hard copy colour proofs we strive to make sure that you and your clients are 100% happy with the product and artwork before we go to print, giving you piece of mind that the finished product will match the high standards you expect.

Getting your file to us for production in time to meet your deadline or sending a larger file is no problem. By using our upload facility through the website, your file can be sent to us quickly from wherever you are in the world, saving you the time and the expense of next day delivery costs.

Mounting and Finishing

We can produce and finish graphics for a wide spectrum of visual media mounted to a large range of rigid substrates including fire rated foam PVC, soft centred foamcore, MDF, acrylic and many more, sizes up to 2m wide, on a variety of thickness, are achievable, enabling your mounted graphics to look exactly as you intended.

We understand that deadlines are getting increasingly tighter and have perfected our processes over the years to ensure we can produce your graphics on time without compromising quality.

All of our mounted graphics can be over-sealed with a UV protecting seal, helping the image to remain colourfast and durable.

A large selection of finishes are available which can be tailored to suit the requirements of the graphic and its display environment. Both complimenting and protecting it in one.

Protection of your image is important to maximise its durability and to retain your desired effect.

To assist, we can offer an encapsulation or lamination process with both available for either large or small scale runs.

Encapsulation will apply a clear, protective film, to both sides of your print and can enhance the clarity of the image as well as improving it longevity.

Finishing a graphic is an essential process we can provide to ensure your graphic hangs, or stands, correctly in its location.

We offer an excellent finishing process for all products whether they are hemmed or eyeleted indoor or outdoor banners, wall fixed or rigid graphics.

Accurate trimming and cutting is crucial to the final quality of a project. We use stable, well maintained, tools and equipment enabling us to produce a high quality product first time and everytime.

We can also cut to shape images in several suitable substrates to create a 2D outline - for example life size free standing cut-outs.

Graphic Refurbishment

With a full rounded service, from collection to delivery Backen Wright offers the total solution to resolving the look of your existing graphic display and stands.

On your instruction we can collect, inspect and advise the best way to refurbish your existing display equipment and graphics, refurbish the kit and ship everything back to you complete ready to display.

Using a reputable courier company, equipment and graphics can be delivered with a choice of timed options such as a pre 12 service ensuring deadlines are met.

F01 - Fabric

Using fabric has many advantages over conventional methods being lighter, more transportable and conformable to many applications it can be printed bespoke to your dimensions upto 3m wide by any length in one pieces.

Outdoor Retractable - OU-06

The Expand MediaScreen 2 Outdoor retractable unit is a very functional product with an attractive design. This is the first fully portable double-sided retra that can be used outdorrs. The product is easy to carry and it only takes a minute to set up.

It can endure wind, rain and snow, and is of very high quality to resist corrosion, UV-radiation and wear and tear by weather and wind.

The spring-loaded pole is designed to flex in the wind and thanks to the extended stabilization feet and the spring-loaded pole, the graphic is allowed to flase remains stable.

With a 22mph wind, the graphic will flex to approximately a 60 degree angle.

FAQ

Are stand graphics changeable?

With most display stands it is possible to replace existing graphics with a brand new set of images/graphics, Backen Wright regularly replace new graphics to a clients existing stand. With some retractable units a cassette system can be purchased making your graphics loadable by you instead of sending everything back to us.

What is the maximum print size?

Depending on the application, whether it is indoor or outdoor but for an indoor print product we can print up to 1524mm/60 inch wide by any length up to 60m. If the print is for outdoors we can produce prints up to 4m wide.

Do you offer warranty?

Quality is of highest priority to us and we pride ourselves on it. All of our products are chosen for their quality and durability, so you will always receive the best.

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and in most cases our products have a life time warranty in place, our warranty does not cover operator damage.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

We always encourage work of high volume and so for this reason we try to give the highest discount possible on all of our products. Prices usually start discounting after a quantity of 10 or more but please feel free to ring or email if you have a specific job you would like us to quote.

When will I receive my products?

We always try to produce graphics as quickly as we can without jeopardising the quality of the work but usually try to aim to have completed a job within 3-5 working days.

Can you despatch my work?

We can despatch your graphics/display anywhere in the UK on an overnight service using plain labels with no Backen Wright branding if need be, timed deliveries are also possible for example on a pre noon. International deliveries are also available. A collection service of display equipment/graphics from any destination in the UK can be offered and can then be sent to anywhere in the world.

Do you offer trade prices?

Backen Wright works closely with other companies such as design agencies, marketing agencies and display stand manufacturers. Companies such as these who regularly require our products can be set up on a trade price list. Is the surface durable and will light come through the graphics?

We always try to use products that enhance the image and help to create the best for the works environment. Durable graphics are always a must, surfaces can be coated in a scratch resistant seal to protect the image against light wear and tear. If a Graphic will be in an environment where light is going to interfere with image a reverse laminate can be used that prevents light penetrating the image, all of our retractable and pop up graphics are produced using these two products as standard.
